Location

This safari adventure will take place at Amboseli National Park, Lake Nakuru National Park, and Maasai Mara National Park in Kenya. Kenya is an African country dissected by the equator and situated on the eastern coast of Africa. It is a remarkable safari destination. With a thriving population of a wide range of African Mammals, Kenya remains among some of the most preferred destinations for a wildlife safari.

Amboseli National Park

Amboseli National Park is located in Loitokitok District, Rift Valley Province of Kenya. The ecosystem is mainly savannah grassland spread across the Kenya-Tanzania border. The park is famous for being the best place in Africa to get close to free-ranging elephants among other wildlife species, including lions, cheetahs, zebras, and wildebeest among others.

Other attractions of the park include opportunities to meet the Maasai and spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Located at the foot of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro, Amboseli is home to a wealth of wildlife and particularly huge herds of elephants.

Lake Nakuru National Park

The Lake Nakuru ecosystem comprises of the lake, is surrounded by mainly wooded and bushy grasslands. The park supports a wide ecological diversity with flamingos (greater and lesser) and other water birds being the major attractions of the area. The ecosystem provides for about 56 different species of mammals, including the white rhino, lions, and buffaloes, and a variety of terrestrial birds numbering nearly 450 species.

Maasai Mara National Park

This is probably one of Kenya’s most visited reserve with an extraordinary density of animals including the Big Five and many other varieties of plains game. The Mara River cuts through the Mara and Serengeti ecosystems, giving life to the both reserves finally pouring out into the Lake Victoria.
