Program
Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara National Reserve (260 km, 5 hours)
Pick up from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or Nairobi hotel and depart to Masai Mara National Reserve. Stop over at the Great Rift Valley for some minutes before proceeding. Arrive at your camp in Masai Mara in good time for lunch and rest for some minutes before game drive. The afternoon game drive at 3:30 pm allows spotting of the magnificent wildlife in the park ranging from the big cats such as lion, leopard and cheetah to rhino, elephant and wildebeest. Return to your lodge by 6:30 pm.
Day 2: Masai Mara National Reserve (8 hours game drive)
You will have two game drives today, one in the morning from 6:15 am to 9am, followed by breakfast, and the other in the late afternoon after lunch from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm. The wildlife is usually more active during these times of the day. As your Masai Mara safari is private, the times of your game drives will be flexible (useful if you are traveling with children or if you are on honeymoon). You may also choose to have a full-day game drive with a packed picnic lunch at no extra cost. Return in the evening for dinner and overnight at the camp.
Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve - Nairobi (260km, 5 hours)
At the break of dawn, you embark on your concluding safari game drive in Masai Mara, followed by a relaxed breakfast back at the camp. You then proceed to Nairobi, arriving in the early afternoon, at approximately 3 pm. They will drop you off at your hotel, or transfer you to the airport for your flight home.
