"Emailing is completely different now that I have met you :) I just wanted to thank you both from the bottom of my heart for such a wonderful holiday. I really don’t know where to begin to thank you as you made my life come alive again… I had the time of my life & my life seemed real again to me as safari is the sort of thing I would’ve done pre disability. I never realised I could achieve such things as I achieved last week & it was all thanks to the both of you helping out. Thank you so much. Alfie was amazing stepping in when he had to & helping out. I am so desperate to come back I am saving already!"

"A tour to the animal kingdom Kruger National Park sounded for me, as a wheelchair user, far away - until I heard of Epic Enabled. Tours for wheelchair users into the wild! ... I will book another tour with Epic Enabled as this was a fantastic Experience and you can’t miss out on such highlights in life!"

  • Review by Jonathan Toogood from United Kingdom

"The holiday was truly an amazing experience. Like many other people I have adventure stories when I was younger, and you never think you will be in that situation yourself, even less when you are disabled. The Epic Enabled provided a real opportunity to experience a sense of adventure… it was a fantastic holiday and I shall never forget it! I hope to return sometime with my niece."

  • Review by Coll and Denise Sparks from Australia

"The South African part was just marvellous and it wasn't just the animals we saw, although it was amazing to see such a variety in the space of a few days. Nothing was too much trouble for you, Alfie, and you made it so much easier for both Denise and me than I expected it would be. Denise (who is a more recent convert to travel in Africa) can't stop talking about it and I suspect that we will return. I really thought that this would be my last safari, but after our experience with Epic, that might not be the case."

"To say we enjoyed our safari is an understatement. It was fantastic! We saw over 30 different animals including the Big Five. The disabled facilities for Joyce who is a full-time wheelchair user were excellent. We also visited Sabine and Alfie's B&B which again offers first class facilities for disabled travelers visiting the Cape Town area. Alfie, a big hug and thanks for a really memorable holiday."
