Jacob is a computer engineer by profession and a guide by nature and passion. He has been guiding for Encounter Africa Safaris for the past seven years to Rwanda, Burundi, and Uganda. He has been trained with Uganda Safari Guides Association and he belongs to Uganda Bird Guides Club and Uganda Cultural Guides Club. Jacob loves people, culture, and birds.
Paul has been in the business of guiding for quite some time. He holds a bachelors degree in tourism management from Makerere University and he chooses not to sit in office, but to show the clients the beauty of Uganda. He has been guiding to Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, Burundi, and of course Uganda. Three quarters of his time is spent in the field with the safari tourists.
Robert is a Karamanjongo from North Eastern Uganda Park. Robert spent his childhood time in national park since his father worked with Uganda Wildlife Authority and because of this; he managed to learn more about wildlife in National Parks of Uganda. Join him as you'll identify forest, water and forest birds in Uganda. He walks with by binoculars since every day is a birding day. Robert hold certificates from Uganda Bird Guides club, Uganda Safari Guides Association, and defensive driving.
Tolbert is an Ugandan who grew up in Jinja, the source of the longest river on planet earth. He has been guiding tourists for the last eight years as a guide and tour leader for big groups. He has been trained with Uganda Wildlife Authority on guiding in a national park, Uganda Safari Guides Association on guiding and public relations, Uganda bird guides association specializing in birding and he has been to Burindi, Rwanda, Kenya, and Tanzania while guiding clients.
