Accommodation

You will be accommodated in various accommodations in Kenya during this safari tour.

For the first and second night, you will be staying at Miti Mingi Eco Camp, a campsite in Maasai Mara National Reserve. The Miti Mingi Eco Camp is permanently built and attached with private bathroom with hot showers, electricity, bed, and bedding's mosquito nets.

For the last night, you will be staying at City Max Hotel, a budget hotel in Lake Nakuru National Park.

Program

Day 1: Nairobi - Maasai Mara

After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel at 08:00 and you will drive west for Maasai Mara Game Reserve with lunch en-route, arriving on time for evening game drive. Maasai Mara Game Reserve is Kenya's finest wildlife sanctuary. Including migrants, well over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. Although July, August, and September are the months when the Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeest and zebra, there is also resident wildlife year round. The famous Maasai tribesmen live within the dispersal area of the game reserve. You will have dinner and overnight at the camp (with hot showers and flush toilets).

Day 2: Maasai Mara full day

After breakfast, you will proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close range viewing and photography. Break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodile. You will have dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 3: Maasai Mara - Lake Nakuru

You will have early morning pre-breakfast game drive. After breakfast, you will depart to the Mara region for Nakuru, and have lunch en-route, with scenic views of Mountain Longmont and Lake Naivasha from afar on the main highway. You will have dinner and overnight at the budget hotel with self-contained rooms.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru - Nairobi

After breakfast, you will depart for a game drive in Lake Nakuru. Later, drive to Nairobi with lunch en-route when arriving in the afternoon to drop at the airport.
