The lodge lies on the Mara River at the edge of Maasai Mara Game Reserve and overlooks deep pools where crocodiles and hippos bask all day. Painted in traditional Maasai red ochre and lit by hundreds of lanterns, the lodge makes an immediate impression on the local surroundings.

The lodge is surrounded by indigenous trees and plants, and it blends with the environment combining the best of nature. After a hot day’s safari, your cozy room awaits, providing you with a hot shower and comfortable bed with the finest in the Mara. Guests can see hippos across the river from their table as they sit down for the meals prepared by international chefs. At all times, families of hippos spend their days basking in the deep pools below the bars and restaurants.

Seronera Wildlife Lodge

On your fourth to sixth night, you will stay at Seronera Wildlife Lodge, strategically located in the heart of the Serengeti. Seronera is one of the most important spots of Serengeti National Park, where you can witness an actual kill in the flesh and where all game drives and balloon safaris take place. Seronera Wildlife Lodge is located on the migratory route, and it provides front-seat viewing of this extraordinary natural phenomenon.

The lodge is artfully constructed around a rocky outcrop from glass and wood elements, perfectly blending into its surrounding. Next to the lodge, several waterholes attract day and night, the most amazing animals, providing a unique opportunity for a close encounter with the big five. Seronera Lodge is only five minutes from the departing point of the hot air balloon safaris, which offer a thrilling bird's-eye wildlife perspective of the vast plains of the Serengeti.

Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge

Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge is perched on the rim of the crater at 7,500 feet above sea level, providing vertiginous views plunging down into the crater floor. The lodge is elegantly built mainly from natural stone and local wood, harmoniously merging with its natural surroundings, and it is provided with panoramic windows that encompass superb views of the crater’s great bowl.

From its privileged position, all 80 rooms afford breathtaking uninterrupted views. The open-air terrace of the Rhino Lounge Bar offers superb panoramic views of the whole crater. You will spend your seventh and eight night here.

Lake Manyara Hotel

Lake Manyara Wildlife Lodge is strategically located on the very edge of the vertiginous western escarpment of the Rift Valley, affording magnificent views down across the whole lake. Elegantly designed as a two-level ensemble of buildings, its authentic traditional African-style decorations create a unique atmosphere that perfectly combines extreme tranquility with the best of adventure-packed safari experiences.

From its privileged position, all 100 guestrooms have stunning views across the tranquil and beautiful waters of the lake. The spectacular swimming pool, situated in a panoramic setting, is a privileged location to enjoy the invigorating fresh air and the breathtaking views of the pink lake. You will enjoy all these on the last night of the safari.

Option 2

Nairobi Serena Hotel

Justly famed for its exceptional standards of efficiency, service, and five-star hospitality, the elegantly sophisticated Nairobi Serena Hotel is a member of "The Leading Hotels of the World" and was selected as "Kenya's Leading Business Hotel" and "Africa's Leading Green Hotel" at the World Travel Awards 2016.

Despite its pivotal central hotel location in Nairobi, the Nairobi Serena remains true to its title and offers an oasis of serenity amidst the bustle of one of Africa's most vibrant capital cities. The interior décor reflects an entirely pan-African theme featuring art and inspiration from Ethiopia, the Maghreb, West Africa, and East Africa.

Offering a wide range of dining experiences, the Nairobi Serena is renowned for its "Mandhari" fine-dining restaurant, which is universally acknowledged as one of Kenya's finest. The Nairobi Serena Hotel also offers a world-class conference center and the exclusive "Maisha" Health Club and Spa. You can choose to stay there on your first night.

Mara Serena Safari Lodge

Located at the very center of the famous Mara Triangle in the world-renowned Masai Mara National Reserve, the Mara Serena Safari Lodge is the ultimate safari destination. Set high on a bush-cloaked hill with long views over the savanna and down to the winding coils of the hippo-filled Mara River, it stands center-stage to one of Africa's most dramatic wildlife arenas, providing guests with a ringside seat to the greatest wildlife show on earth, the legendary migration of the wildebeest.

Styled to echo the circular motif of a traditional Maasai manyatta, the Masai Mara Safari Lodge blends international sophistication with raw African beauty while featuring twin rows of individual rooms, each with its own view of the famous Mara River.

The central bar and dining areas enjoy spectacular views, as does the rock-surround swimming pool. Each uniquely presented room is accommodated in its own stand-alone modular unit, with uninterrupted views, a private balcony, and a spacious seating area. You may choose to stay there on your second and third nights.

Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge

This can be your home on your fourth to six-night. Set high on the saddle of a tree-clad ridge, commanding panoramic views across the Serengeti, this lodge is the ultimate fusion of traditional African architecture and world-class style. Winner of numerous awards from the world travel press, it is perhaps the finest venue the Serengeti has to offer.

Centrally located adjacent to the famous Western Corridor and Grumeti River, the lodge has been designed to blend completely into the living landscape. A series of traditional domed "rondavels" are widely spaced throughout the grounds, which are cooled by groves of acacia trees and watered by sparkling streams. On the very edge of the ridge is a "vanishing horizon" pool, which looks out over the endless plains after which the Serengeti is named.

Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge

You may stay there on your seventh and eighth night. Regularly voted one of the best hotels in the world, this unique lodge in Tanzania clings to the rim of the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, the largest and most perfect volcanic crater on earth. Long and low, the lodge is built from local river stones and camouflaged with indigenous vines. Designed to blend completely into the landscape, it is entirely invisible from the floor of the crater 600 meters below.

Known as "the eighth wonder of the world," the Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa's best-known wildlife arenas. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, it offers a unique biosphere, which has remained virtually unchanged since the dawn of time. Deep within the Crater, enclosed by towering walls, some 25,000 large mammals wander the plains, lakes, and forests of "the land that time forgot," dominated by enormous bull elephants, rhinos, and lions.

Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge

Standing high on the edge of a towering terracotta escarpment with panoramic views over the glittering alkaline waters of Lake Manyara, Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge offers a unique blend of safari opportunities, peace and tranquillity, wildlife discovery, and ornithological richness. Grouped around a central "vanishing horizon" pool, this highly unusual lodge features a simple timbered reception area, built-in in traditional African style, which is accessed via a bridge over a small stream.

Beyond reception lies the central dining room, bar, and veranda, below which lies the pool. Perched on the very edge of the cliffs, with stunning views of Lake Manyara National Park, is the pool bar and observation point. Dotted around the grounds, all with views over the lake, are a series of circular two-story "rondavels," which house the rooms. You can spend your last night there.
