You will be staying at Mantana Luxury Tented Camp or Buhoma Community Bandas in Bwindi and at Ndali Lodge or Tooro Resort in Kibale.

Buhoma Community Bandas and Campsite Uganda

Buhoma Community Rest Camp is positioned just close to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The six bandas have a touch of an African architectural design and are fully furnished with four beds that will favor all groups of tourists. These extensive and well-designed camping grounds house a well-stocked bar and restaurant serving both international and local cuisines.

Mantana Tented Camp

This tented camp is a perfect place to discover Uganda in the far distance with recent facilities that include a beautiful veranda with well-ventilated twin bedrooms, en-suite showers, and toilets. The classic tents are well set on the wooden platforms and each offers a great view of the park.

The camp has also got a solar power panel and you can have hot showers after a long day. They also have an art and craft shop that is fully stocked with wood sculptures, woven bags, baskets, and local fabrics. Full night entertainment with dance and drama runs through the place.

Ndali Lodge

Ndali Lodge provides a perfect base from which to visit some of the region's most popular attractions. Kibale Forest National Park, famous home of the largest concentration of chimpanzees in Africa, as well as a bewildering variety of other primates, birds, and butterflies, can be reached within 45 minutes.

Day 1: Kampala - Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

You will be picked from your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe to proceed towards the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will have a stopover at the equator, where you will have an en-route lunch along with some time to take photos and buy souvenirs. You will arrive at Bwindi later in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Mantana Luxury Tented Camp or Buhoma Community Bandas on a full board basis.

Day 2: Gorilla tracking at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

You will have an early morning briefing before beginning your adventurous gorilla tracking. Lunch will be served at your hotel and in the afternoon, you will take a village walk to meet the pygmies and learn about their culture and life. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Mantana Luxury Tented Camp or Buhoma Community Bandas on full board basis.

Day 3: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - Kibale Forest National Park

You will depart for Kibale Forest National Park at around 7 a.m. Dinner and overnight stay will be either at Ndali Lodge or Tooro Resort on full board basis.

Day 4: Chimpanzee tracking at Kibale Forest National Park

Today, you will go for chimpanzee tracking in the morning and will later return for lunch to the hotel. In the afternoon, you will take a village walk and witness how tourism has helped the local communities to develop. Dinner and overnight stay will be either at Ndali Lodge or Tooro Resort on full board basis.

Day 5: Kibale Forest National Park - Kampala

Having ended your incredible safari experience. you will take a transfer from Kibale Forest to Kampala or Entebbe, depending on where your accommodation is. Alternatively, you will be dropped off at the airport to catch you flight back home.

You will take a walk by the local villages in Bwindi and Kibale, along with a stopover at the equator.


This safari will take place in the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and Kibale Forest National Park, Uganda.

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is situated in South Western Uganda, on the edge of the Western Rift Valley (Albertine Rift) and is 331 square kilometers in size and on an altitude range of 1,160 meters to 2,607 meters.

The annual average temperatures range is seven degrees centigrade to 20 degrees centigrade with the coldest month being June and July. The people neighboring the park, the majority are Bakiga and Bafumbira, constituting the densest settlements in Uganda. A few pygmies are found here, who are also known as the Batwa tribe.


During the safari, you will be served three daily delicious meals. Mineral water will also be provided while on the safari.
