Your trip starts with Murchison Falls Conservation Area, the largest in the country, with chimps, birds, crocodile, and game. You will visit the dramatic falls from which the park derives its name. Then, you will drive westwards to Lake Albert for unusual game and wildlife before proceeding to Kibale Forest, home to thirteen species of primates, the highest in tropical Africa. Animal species such as red, black and white colobus, blue monkeys and baboons, and a large number of chimpanzees can be seen.
You will continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park, passing the foothills of the Rwenzori Mountains. A half-day walk into the mountains is possible. The launch trip along the Kazinga Channel in Queen Elizabeth is especially good for viewing hippo, buffalo, elephant, and a large host of birds. The beautiful steeply forested Kyambura Gorge nearby is home not only to chimpanzees but also the red-tailed monkey, black and white colobus, and many bird species.
Around Ishasha, you will go on the hunt for the famous tree-climbing lions which lounge nonchalantly on old fig trees. Further south in Bwindi, you will go gorilla tracking and see other primates, birds, and butterflies. You will have an opportunity to track gorillas again or climb a volcano, go birding, or take in the breathtaking landscape. Your trip ends on Ssese Islands in Lake Victoria to relax and unwind after the eventful African safari.
The arrival will be at Entebbe International Airport (EBB). You will meet with the driver guide for introduction and transfer to a hotel. You will stay overnight at Lake Victoria Hotel or Boma Guest House in Entebbe / Pope Paul Hotel or Hotel Africana in Kampala.
After breakfast, head for the source of the giant river of Africa, the Nile, in Jinja via Mukono through Mabira Forest. The journey proceeds across Owen Falls Dam, the legendary hydro electricity generator for Uganda, by boat. You will view the separation of Nile river from Lake Victoria. There, the water you see (Nile) starts its 90 days' journey to the Mediterranean Sea. You will have lunch at Jinja Nile Resort hotel and head for the obstinacy of Itanda Falls after which you will drive back to Kampala. You will stay overnight at Humura Resort or Africana Hotel.
Take an early morning drive to Murchison Falls Conservation Area. Drive through Luweero, Nakasongola, and branch off to Ziwa Rhino camp. There, you will track rhino in their habitats after over 30 years' extinction in Uganda. Thereafter, proceed to Masindi, lunch en-route, enter the park, and check in at your lodge for an evening. You will stay overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge or Murchison River Lodge.
The day starts with a game drive north of the Nile River. There, you will possibly see different bird species, hartebeests, elephants, Cape buffalos, Rothschild's giraffes, waterbucks, oribis, bushbucks, bohor reedbucks, hyenas, and probably lions. Break for lunch and return for an afternoon launch cruise to the bottom of the spectacular falls as you view fauna in a closer range including hippos and Nile crocodiles. Climb to the top of the falls where you can see the Nile's perfect gorgeousness and sensation as it compresses and constricts for over a kilometer wide down through a 7-meter chasm. You will stay overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge or Murchison River Lodge.
Drive to the stimulating Lake Albert. Arrive in time for lunch, view fishing villages, local communities, and local fishermen, or do a short game drive, a launch cruise (subject to boat availability), or simply relax at the lodge. You will stay overnight at Lake Albert Lodge. (FB)
Take a long drive south to Kibale forest in fort portal via Hoima through the local villages with an astonishing view of tea plantation sceneries, en route to the 'Mountains of the Moon' region. You will explore nearby craters before going to the lodge for a rest. You will stay overnight at Nyinabulitwa Country Resort or Chimpanzee Guest House or CVK Resort.
Track the closest brothers of human in Kibale forest, the highly populated in the region. Kibale is a tropical rain forest with other primates like bush babies, baboons, black-and-white colobus, red-tailed monkey, and several bird species together with trees including the Elephant beer tree. All can be spotted on a nature walk in the forest. Take a lunch break and head to Bigodi for a swamp walk on the trails by the local community. You will stay overnight at Sunrise Hotel or Chimpanzee View Guest House or CVK Resort.
Set off in the morning after breakfast to visit the legendary multi-breast cave as you vie crater lakes in the surroundings and depart Fort Portal for Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will stay overnight at Simba Safari Camp or Mweya Safari Lodge.
Set off in the morning for a game drive as you search for fabulous animals of the pearl, visit Katwe, and buffaloes can never miss your sight there. Guinea fowls and other bird species, elephants, giraffes, and kobs in their mating grounds can be viewed as there are chances seeing tree climbing lions on your rummage. After lunch, take an afternoon boat cruise on Kazinga Channel as you view fauna at a closer range. Hippos, other animals, and several bird species will be seen as the get water to douse themselves. Quit Kasese for Bwindi, Buhoma or Bwindi South depending on the permits available. You will stay overnight at Buhoma Community Rest Camp or Heritage Hotel Kisoro.

Leave Bwindi for Lake Bunyonyi, a crater lake in Kabale and the deepest in the East African region. Take a boat cruise on the water to the island, relax with a swim, and enjoy the amazing view of the crater and the surrounding sceneries. You will stay overnight at Bunyonyi Safaris Resort or Bunyonyi Overland Resort.
After breakfast, take a mild drive to Masaka. You will proceed to Bukakata and board a boat to Ssese Islands. You will stay at Mirembe Resort Beach.
After breakfast, relax at the lodge or explore local communities, or do fishing. You will stay overnight at Ssese Palm Beach.
Board the ship at 08:00 for Entebbe mainland and you will arrive at 11:00. You will have your transfer to the airport and fly out.
