2.5-hour safari in a tour bus in Addo Elephant National Park
During the safari, you can choose to stay in backpacker or guesthouse accommodations in Sedgefield, Addo area, Jeffreys Bay, and Wilderness National Park.
Day 1: Cape Town - Cango Wildlife Ranch / Cango Caves
You depart Cape Town and head down Route 62 toward the town of Oudtshoorn. Here, you will have a choice of visiting the Cango Wildlife Ranch where you can do animal encounters or to explore the Cango Caves where you go on an adventure or a standard tour through this UNESCO world heritage site. At the end of the day, you will go over the spectacular Outeniqua Mountain pass towards the small seaside village of Sedgefield where you will have an overnight stay.

Day 2: Tsitsikamma National Park - Addo Elephant National Park
After a visit to a local farmer’s market, you will continue along the Garden Route to the world’s highest commercial bungee. For those thrill seekers, there will be plenty of time to face your fears. You will then visit the Tsitsikamma National Park for where you go for a hike in the indigenous forest. After Tsitsikamma, you will make your way to your overnight destination in the Addo area.

Day 3: Addo Elephant National Park - Jeffreys Bay
Start early in the morning start and head into the Addo Elephant National Park for a two and a half hours’ safari with the tour bus in search of The Big 5. You will also have the opportunity to do a two and a half hours’ safari in an open 4 x 4 (optional). After lunch, you will make your way through Port Elizabeth, en-route to your overnight destination in the surfing capital of South Africa, Jeffreys Bay.

Optional: 2.5-hour 4 x 4 safari in Addo Elephant National Park
Day 4: Jeffreys Bay - Wilderness National Park
Hit the waves, chill on the beach, or go shopping! You then head off towards Wilderness National Park, stopping at a viewpoint in Knysna, South Africa’s favorite town and then do some canoeing in the Wilderness National Park. In the evening, you will enjoy a traditional South African meal around the fire.

Day 5: Wilderness National Park - Cape Town
You will start to make your way back to Cape Town. En-route, you will stop for lunch in Hermanus (whale watching capital of South Africa, July - November) and taste some of the wine produced in the Overberg region.
