Good structure in the park, good assistance of the guide that enabled us not to worry about anything besides taking advantage of the safari.
Bushwise was an excellent place to stay during our trip to Kruger National Park. The room was beautiful and clean, and all of the common areas were just the same. We ate breakfast and dinner at the lodge each day and the food was delicious - they served a variety of different dishes. We did a safari with their tour guide each day and he was very knowledgeable on the animals and the wildlife in general. All in all we had a great experience at Bushwise and with their staff. The owners, Tim and Annette, were very friendly and accommodating as well. Highly recommend!
We have stayed at Bushwise twice this month. The first time we did a 1-day safari tour and our guide took us off the beaten path and we had a wonderful experience. Our guide was dedicated to our experience, very knowledge and even stayed out longer than scheduled to look for lions. The lodge is well kept, clean and has a create open space to look out at the river or swim in the pool. Our rooms were on the second floor so we had great views. All the amenities are modern and tasteful. It one of my favorite safari stays in South Africa!

This is a good place to stay to explore the southern end of Kruger National Park. It has great views overlooking the Crocodile River on the southern border of Kruger with spectacular sunsets from the upper deck where one can enjoy sundowners while spotting game. It allows one easy access to the park which is about a 20-minute drive to Crocodile Bridge Gate. The privilege of being greeted in the morning by a handsome Kudu bull, sporting impressive horns right outside our bedroom, more than compensated for any slight discomfort. Dinners are enjoyed outside in the boma. The food was simple but surprisingly tasty.

It is a beautiful small lodge in Marloth Park, located directly on the border of Kruger National Park. It is a great starting point for visits to Kruger Park. The people are very nice. The rooms are beautiful and the food is fantastic. On days without visits to Kruger Park, you can even observe animals in Marloth Park like kudu, impala, giraffe, and so on or take a walk on the border to Kruger Park and observe animals from there. I hope I will have the chance to come again.
