On the first night, you can choose to stay at Lake Nakuru Lodge or Flamingo Hill Camp located in Lake Nakuru National Park. Meanwhile, you'll stay at Lake Bogoria Spa Resort for the second and last night.

Flamingo Hill Camp

The Flamingo Hill Camp is situated within the famous Lake Nakuru National Park which lies within the Great Rift Valley of Kenya. The camp is completed with a park, swimming pools, Jacuzzi, spa, bar and lounge, as well as a boutique stocked with Africa handicrafts from all over the country and beyond.

In Flamingo Hill Camp, there are 25 tents in total. Each tent is furnished with the understated luxury required by the modern traveler and decorated in calming safari tones, natural woods, wrought iron, and crisp cotton. Each tent has been meticulously planned to maximize comfort. All tents have the following facilities:

Lake Bogoria Spa Resort

Lake Bogoria Spa Resort is the only spa resort in Kenya with a naturally heated spa pool and is also known as the healing place and the jewel of the Rift Valley. This place is completed with a bar and restaurant, swimming pools, sauna and spa, massage parlor, salon, and table tennis. There are 6 executive suites, 37 cottages, 30 junior suites, 22 standard rooms, and 20 spacious tents in Lake Bogoria Spa Resort.

Day 1: Nairobi to Lake Nakuru

You will be picked up from a hotel or airport in Nairobi. Afterward, your driver will drive you to Lake Nakuru. You will have a game drive on your way to your accommodation before you check in and have lunch. In the afternoon, you will have a game and bird watching drive around the lake and adjacent park. The lake is host to hundreds of thousands of flamingoes, pelicans, black and white rhinoceros, reticulated giraffes, zebras, buffalos, warthog, and much more. Meals and overnight at a lodge or tented camp.

Day 2: Lake Nakuru to Lake Bogoria

In the morning, you will have a bird and game viewing drive at lake Nakuru National Park. Then, your safari adventure will proceed to Lake Bogoria at the floors of the great rift valley. You will stop by Lake Bogoria to enjoy the hot springs. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a leisure time by choosing to do bird walks or boat rides. Meals and overnight at Bogoria lodge.

Day 3: Lake Bogoria to Nairobi

You will depart from Lake Bogoria then proceed to Lake Naivasha to have lunch. Afterward, you will continue your journey and arrive in Nairobi in the late afternoon. You will have your dinner at Nairobi Carnivore restaurant before you will be transferred to your respective hotel or airport in Nairobi.

Transportations

In Kenya, Bruno Safaris uses 7-seater vans with pop-up roofs which ensure each passenger to get a window seating. All of the vehicles are fitted with a long range high-frequency radio for communication, cooler boxes, and first aid kits. All of the safari vehicles also have a rear rack for your luggage that leaves the inside of the vehicle uncluttered for you to move around freely and capture some great photos.

The vehicles have 2 diesel tanks and 2 spare tires, ensuring that even on the most adventurous safari and most remote areas, you will never have to worry about running out of fuel and a flat tire.

You can also experience this safari in a 4x4 Toyota Land-Cruiser (Jeep). The prices are as follows:

Lake Nakuru National Park

Lake Nakuru National Park is home to up to 1.5 million flamingos plus 450 other species of species of birds, rhino, lion, leopard, buffalo, Thompson’s and Grant's gazelle, the rare long-eared leaf-nosed bat, colobus monkey, rock hyrax, hippo, leopard, lion, rhino, waterbuck, impala, gazelle, striped hyena, bat-eared fox, wild cat, reedbuck, golden cat, and the endangered reticulated giraffe among other animals.

During peak season over one million flamingos congregate on the lake plus half a million pelicans. The park also contains Kenya’s largest population of rhinos. Lake Nakuru, located within the Lake Nakuru National Park, is a shallow strongly alkaline lake set in a picturesque landscape of surrounding woodland and grassland. The landscape includes areas of marsh and grasslands alternating with rocky cliffs and outcrops, stretches of acacia woodland and rocky hillsides covered with a Euphorbia forest.

Lake Bogoria National Reserve

After spending your day in Lake Nakuru, you will continue your safari to Lake Bogoria. Lake Bogoria is located on the floors of the Great Rift Valley. Here, you can spot many animals ranging from flamingos, greater kudu, and hippopotamus.

East Africa offers an impressive range of food to suit all visitors needs from vegetarian diets to full course meals. Whether in a luxury city hotel or deep in the bush, a traveler is almost guaranteed to find a mouth-watering buffet with a wide variety of meats to fresh salads. The food is relatively safe to try whilst in a hotel or lodge which caters for international tourists. Soft drinks and alcohol are also readily available, cheap, and safe to drink at an additional cost.

    "We communicated with Bruno safaris way before we arrived in kenya, they were quick to reply to email and offer a great itinerary, fitting to our wishes. When we finally arrived in Nairobi Lawrence was kind enough to come to where we were staying and gave us options of lodges and what we could expect. The following day he picked us up with the driver to make sure that we left on time for the 5 days 4 nights in different lodges. Our driver was George a good driver with lots of knowledge about the animals and birds.We stayed at Sentrim in Amboseli with a nice view of Mt. Kilimanjaro, highly recommend, next stop was Ngulia Lodge which was a disappointment but had lots of birds for those who love birds, nice place to be. Taita Salt lick, a must visit. Lovely lodge with friendly staff. The red elephants in Tsavo east was a plus at Voi Lodge. We saw almost all the big five, George made sure we captured every detail and was always on time and asking if we were comfortable. At the end of the trip he was more than a friend than our driver.Our final destination was at Neptune Hotel, Mombasa.We had a problem with our credit card and Lawrence really helped.     "My colleague and I were in Nairobi on business for a week and had two free days afterwards. We really wanted to see some wildlife, so I contacted Bruno Safaris to see if we could arrange a short trip to Amboseli National Park. They were more than happy to accommodate us and Lawrence was a joy to work with. They even picked us up directly from our accommodation! Our driver and guide, Robinson, was reliable, friendly and easy going. We stayed at the Kibo Safari Camp, which despite it's 'budget' description is actually quite luxurious, with a nice bar, restaurant, and swimming pool, as well as incredible views of Mt. Kilimanjaro (which we were fortunate to see both days of our stay!). The wildlife viewing in Amboseli was absolutely incredible--we saw elephants, giraffes, hippos, multiple antelope species, hyenas, ostrich, wildebeest, buffalo, warthogs, and lions! I am a birder, and was so thrilled by the diversity of species we saw (nearly 50) and Robinson's knowledge of them. From the Kori bustard to the saddle-billed stork, we encountered some truly magnificent birds and I was able to get great photos. Robinson was always happy to stop so I could get a better look, and was helpful in identifying the trickier species. I highly recommend Bruno Safaris and am looking forward to booking with them again next time I am in Kenya. "

    "We had a great experience with Bruno Safaris. After a week of business stay in Nairobi we added on a 2 day, one night safari to Amboseli National Park. The Kibo Camp where we stayed was quoted to be a budget location but turned out to be a pretty luxurious treat for us with bars, restaurant, nice swimming pool with a great view of Kilimanjaro . In two drives through the park we saw a plethora of wildlife (everything from Elephant herds, Giraffes, Hippos, Lions, Buffalos etc etc), in addition to many beautiful birds. Our guide was very knowledgeable about all animals and specifically also birds and did go about and beyond to make our travel experience great. "

    "Had an excellent and exciting day full of adventure. Sighted a family of 7 lions and one lone male lion. Saw six rhinos which is a record by it self. We also sighted many other animals zebras, giraffes, gazelles etc. and some very interesting birds secretary, ostrich and rare Saddle-billed stork."

    "We arranged our 2 day safari trip to Amboseli with Bruno Safaris by phone. Lowrence was very helpfull and clear about what he could offer us. Even the fact that we arranged the trip just one day up front, the safari trip was arranged perfectly and they even past by our hotel the same day to meet with us and show the van which they were using for the trip."

    "We booked an overnight safari with this company and I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. Our drivers were punctual and friendly, always helping with our bags. They were also very knowledgeable during the safari itself and made the entire experience a fun one! They allowed us to take as much time as we needed with photos and were respectful of our schedule when he needed to hurry a bit. The open-top vans were decently comfortable, though we only had 5 passengers. A large group probably would've felt more crowded. When they dropped us off at the airport, Lawrence even waited with us to make sure we found the correct terminal."

    "I asked them to organize two one-day tours, one to Lake Nakuru and the other Amboseli from Nairobi. It turned out that I was the only customer both times, but the price remained unchanged (actually, they even offered me discounts). Drivers were professional. One driver constantly contacted other drivers in the park and successfully showed me a lion family and a rhino. The other flexibly changed the lunch place at my request. Although it was the low season, when wildlife is sparse, I enjoyed the tours all the same."
