Tembo House Hotel

Decorated with wood carved furniture, and offering a Swahili four-poster bed, each room features a seating area with television, air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower and a traditional hammam bath. Most of the rooms feature a balcony with sea or pool views. The hotel's restaurant offers local as well as international cuisine.

Nungwi Garden Boutique Hotel

The 3-star Nungwi Garden Boutique Hotel is located in the very heart of Nungwi and features Wi-Fi in public areas, along with complimentary private parking on site. Offering water sports activities, windsurfing, and snorkelling in the area, the hotel lies a mere 250 metres from MyBlue beach, and within a 5-minute drive of Scuba Do.

All of the air-conditioned rooms are appointed with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels along with coffee/tea making machines, and some of them include an adjoining terrace and a balcony. Program

Day 1: Arrival in Zanzibar

Arrive at Zanzibar International Airport and transfer to your accommodation (Tembo House Hotel) in Stone Town.

Day 2: Stone Town

Spend the second day exploring Stone Town, visiting historical sites such as the Sultan's Palace, Old Fort, and House of Wonders.

Day 3: Zanzibar

On the third day, embark on a spice tour to discover Zanzibar's rich spice heritage and visit a local spice plantation. Overnight at Nungwi Garden Boutique Hotel.

Day 4: Zanzibar

Relax on the fourth day, enjoying the beautiful beaches of Zanzibar, with a sunset cruise in the evening. Overnight at Nungwi Garden Boutique Hotel.

Day 5: Zanzibar

Opt for water activities such as snorkelling, Safari Blue, or diving.

Day 6 - 8: Transfer to Serengeti National Park

Fly from Zanzibar to Serengeti National Park, where your safari guide will meet you. Spend the next three days exploring the vast plains of Serengeti, witnessing the Great Migration (depending on the season) and encountering diverse wildlife including lions, elephants, giraffes, and more.

Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives, as well as optional activities such as hot air balloon safaris or guided walking safaris. Overnights at Serengeti Serena Lodge.

Day 9: Transfer from Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Depart from Serengeti and head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, home to the stunning Ngorongoro Crater. Overnight at Melia Ngorongoro Lodge.

Day 10: Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Spend the day descending into the crater for a full-day game drive, where you'll have the chance to see the Big Five and other wildlife species in their natural habitat.

Explore the surrounding highlands of Ngorongoro, including visiting local Maasai villages and enjoying scenic hikes. Overnight in Marera Valley Lodge in Karatu.

Day 11: Tarangire National Park

Transfer to Tarangire National Park, known for its large elephant populations and iconic baobab trees. Spend your time exploring Tarangire, enjoying game drives along the Tarangire River and searching for wildlife such as elephants, lions, leopards, and diverse bird species.

Relax in the evenings at your lodge, enjoying sundowners overlooking the park. Overnight at Nyikani Camp Tarangire.

Day 12: End of safari

Return to Arusha, or Zanzibar or transfer to Kilimanjaro airport for departure.

Recommended Airports

This tour can begin with either Zanzibar or safari. If you want to begin with safari, your arrival airport should be Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO); but if you opt to start with Zanzibar, your arrival airport should be Abeid Amani Karume International Airport. Airport drop-offs are included.
