Program

Day 01: Nairobi-Samburu National Reserve

You will be picked up at 6:30am at your hotel after breakfast. You will then drive to the rich agricultural area around Mount Kenya, which is also home to the pineapple company Del Monte. You will have the opportunity to cross the equator just before you arrive in the famous town of Nanyuki. Here you will eat lunch at a budget hotel before making your way to Samburu via Isiolo. Check-in at the lodge and then proceed on a game drive, which will take you near the elephant bedroom tower. After your two-hour game drive, you will return to the lodge.

Day 02: Samburu National Reserve

The full day will be spent exploring this amazing game reserve. Since this park is not as crowded as others in Kenya, you will get the opportunity to see the wildlife without the crowds! It is home to elephant, lion, rhino, leopard, buffalo, gerenuk, reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, Gravy zebra, Besia oryx, endangered wild dog and the pun cake tortoise. Over 450 species of birds have been identified here including vultures, kingfishers, marabous, bateleurs and guinea fowl (among others).

Day 03: Samburu National Reserve-Amboseli National Park

After the main breakfast depart for Amboseli arriving in the afternoon. Check in to your camp and have an afternoon game drive. In Amboseli National park, dust devils swirl around the edges, but in the heart of the park is an amazing swamp which elephants and hippos are in abundance. A visit to the observation hill will follow where you Male zebras fight to get a mate will look out the glistering majestic snowcap of Mt Kilimanjaro. Amboseli is justly famous both for big game elephants, which are the most studied in the world. Living beside the most celebrated culture in the world - the Masai lions and cheetahs. You will have lunch and leisure break at the campsite in the mid afternoon.

Day 04: Amboseli National Park Full Day

After the main breakfast departs the camp/lodge for your full day game viewing a day of game drives in this park, which dust devils swirl around the edges, but in the heart of the park is an amazing swamp which elephants and hippos are in abundance. Day 05: Amboseli National Park-Tsavo West National Park

After breakfast, check out of your camp and have a morning game drive as you depart to Tsavo West National Park. You will make a special stop at Mzima Springs, where from an underwater tank; it is sometimes possible to watch hippos along the floor of these crystal springs. Tsavo is also famous for its large herds of elephants.

Day 06: Tsavo West National Park - Hell’s Gate National Park - Naivasha

After breakfast you will check out of the lodge and enjoy a final morning game drive within the park to spot the early risers. Afterwards, you exit from the park and drive to the nearby Lake Naivasha arriving for check in and lunch at the lodge. After lunch, you will have the afternoon at leisure to enjoy an such as a visit to Hell's Gate National Park.

You can have an optional boat ride at Lake Naivasha.

Day 07: Naivasha - Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, check out from your camp and depart to Lake Nakuru National park to arrive in good time for lunch and rest. In the afternoon, head for a game drive around the Lake: the best time to see the big cats and many heard of buffalos. You will also spot black and white rhino.

Day 08: Lake Nakuru National Park - Nairobi

After early breakfast, check out of the guesthouse and proceed for an en-route game drive as you depart to Nairobi, with lunch en-route, at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint. You will arrive in Nairobi at your hotel / airport between 16:30 hrs and 17:00 hrs with lots of treasured albums and good memories to take home.

While at the safari, you will be served with daily meals. At the accommodations, different kinds of food will be offered. East Africa offers an impressive range of foods and drinks to suit all visitors' needs, from vegetarian diets to full course meals.
