In Maasai Mara Game Reserve, you will be staying at the Miti Mingi Eco-camp or similar.


Day 1: Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

You'll be picked up from your hotel in Nairobi at 07:30 and head southward to the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley for a brief stopover to view the escarpment. Continue to Narok, a small Masai town for lunch. Proceed to Maasai Mara then check in to your camp for brief refreshment then followed by afternoon game drive in the game reserve which is Kenya's finest wildlife sanctuary. Including migrants, there are over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. Although July, August, and September are the months when the Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeest and zebra, there is also resident wildlife year round. Your dinner and overnight will at the Miti Mingi Eco-camp or similar.

Day 2: Full day at Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, a full day is spent game viewing across the rich, tree studded grassland and rolling hills. The famous Mara is renowned for its great herds of plain game, black-maned lions, leopard, and cheetah, but also contains numerous elephant and virtually every type of wildlife to be found in Kenya. Lunch is served in the park at the Mara River, the border of Kenya and Tanzania and the scene for yearly wildebeest and zebra migration. Continue with your game drive Covering the park into sections, return to Miti Mingi Eco-camp or similar for Dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve - Nairobi

Early morning after a cup of coffee, you have an option to visit the Masai village before departing to Nairobi. In the Masai village, you will interact with the Maasai locals, gaining insights into their way of life and customs. Return to the camp for late breakfast, then depart to Nairobi stopping sporadically for the breathtaking panoramic views of the rift valley and adjacent land forms. You will have Lunch en route at Narok. The tour ends in Nairobi in the afternoon. You will be dropped at the airport or hotel in Nairobi.

This safari will take you to Maasai Mara Game Reserve an area of preserved Savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border.
