"Experiência fantástica "
Ficar hospedado no Kruger para fazer os safaris foi uma experiência indescritível. O mais lindo nascer do sol do mundo, o alojamento, os guias, os jantares, ver vários animais principalmente os 5 maiores... enfim, tudo!

Very nice game drives.
Just returned from South America, where we had booked 3 tours with Bamba Experience. Out of the 3, the only tour Bamba itself operated was our Inca Trail 4 day hike. They are a booking agent based in Mexico and contract bookings out to local operators in other countries, so their prices are much higher than booking directly with the operators in some cases, as we found out.
As most communication is done via email, at some points the lack of communication from Bamba was very irritating. We had a few issues with them, but they were able to rectify the problems and we received quick compensation where due.
That being said, our Inca Trail experience with Bamba could not have been better!
We booked the superior camping service, which included the use of very warm thermal sleeping bags, hiking poles and "extra" porters to carry our gear. The day we set off, we were the only 2 people booked on the trip, so we ended up having a private tour. This was perfect for us, because we could go at our own pace, and were too tired each day to socialize anyway!
If you're like us and hate waiting around, I'd suggest asking Bamba how many trekkers and even the ages of those booked on the Inca Trail trek the day your're thinking of going. We passed plenty of groups who were constantly held up waiting for others. As Bamba is an all ages company, this might be helpful to know if you're travelling alone, or interested in meeting people in a similar age group.
Our chef Bonito was amazing. He made us all very generous servings of delicious, traditional 3 course meals each day, and was soo lovely and cheerful. He carried a 25+ kilo bag of supplies himself! Make sure you bring cash to tip your porters and chef generously - these guys work their butts off and no trek would be possible without them!
Because we were a small group, we were able to camp only an hour from Machu Picchu on the 3rd night, which was much better than trudging down steps in the jungle at 3 am! We beat the 200+ person line up at the check point in the morning, and were the first 2 trekkers to step foot at the Sun Gate that day by at least 15 minutes! #WINNING
The tour of Machu Picchu itself was somewhat informative, but our guide mostly rambled on about what, we are not sure.. For the most part the guide was informative, friendly and patient. We also have have nothing but good things to say for the tours they contracted out (Peruvian Amazon + Uyuni Salt Flats). Highly recommend the Inca Trail with Bamba, but look at booking other tours directly if they're not operated by Bamba.
Pao Nava, our guide, provided an excellent overview of Sucre - past and present - answered all of our questions, and gave us insights into the city and Bolivia. In addition, her English is excellent and we had no problems understanding each other. The tour was well designed to include more than just churches and buildings. We also enjoyed our walk through the market, bus ride up to the Recoleta with its amazing view of the city, taxi to the cemetery and a walk through the history it provided. In addition, we learned about the difference between legal and illegal taxis and how to hail one. Well worth doing on your first day in Sucre.

I cannot rate this company enough!!! My route was the south east Asia flexible pass through Thailand, Laos, Vietnam & Cambodia, then back to Bangkok to finish! It was so simple all I did was email them when I wanted to start, they told me step by step what was going to happen, when I was going to get picked up ect. I did have some trouble but that was completely my fault, but they dealt with it immediately and sent one of their guys to my rescue a few times to buy my bus ticket, or to pick me up to take me to the bus I missed!! I didn't know what to expect but the more you do it the more you understand how it works. The companies they use are amazing, the buses were comfy, I didn't have one bad experience on them. The activities included are so worth it too, some of the most expensive ones are included! It's a good thing knowing transport and some activities have been paid, one less this to worry about. I'm a worrier too.. and bamba were so good with me!! I had issues with my email addresses but nothing was a problem and they helped with everything! They got back to me quickly too! I would 100% use these again when I go travelling. There is a set route, but you can go off and see more if you wanted you've just got to be backing route to get picked up to the next place. Highly recommended for people like me with no idea of where to start!! I was a solo traveller so it was a bit of comfort knowing I had help, and the route is a popular one so I met many people along the way!! DONT HESITATE, BOOK :) you won't be disappointed!
I can’t express enough how fantastic this trip was! They not only met, but exceeded all our expectations for the tour. Their great product combined with their stellar customer service made for the perfect trip to Kruger. The tent accommodations were comfortable and included a small air conditioner and electrical outlets, all bedding and clean towels were provided. The chef was fantastic and the food he prepared was 5 star. The guides were incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and were artists when it came to getting the safari truck in the best place to take perfect pictures. We not only saw the big 5, but the super 7, the fantastic 15 and I think we were up to the terrific 20 by the time we were done!
I traveled from Saigon to Hanoi with Bamba. The organization is excellent. I always received fast very friendly responses when I had questions. The excursions, organizet by Bamba were great! Thank you for everything!
