Miti Mingi Eco Camp (2 nights)

The camp is situated within the Masai Mara eco-system and on the banks of Ololaimutia River, which is a watering point for most of the wild animals, especially elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, etc.

This small and exclusive campsite comprises 25 tents. The tents are furnished with all the amenities required by the modern traveler. Decorated in calming safari tones, natural woods, wrought iron, and crisp cotton, each tent has been meticulously planned to maximize comfort.

All tents have four-poster beds and mosquito nets, ensuite with a shower, water closet, flush toilets, and hot and cold running water, as well as electricity with a voltage of 240 volts.

Buraha Zenoni (1 night)

Charity Hotel (1 night)

The Charity Hotel is a beautiful residence that offers a bed and breakfast service for tourists and other visitors in Arusha. It is nestled within a peaceful and secure garden setting and is within walking distance (150m) from Moshi Arusha Road.

Seronera Camp (2 nights)

The public campsites which are collectively called Seronera Campsite are located in the Central Serengeti area known as the Seronera. Seronera Campsite is one of the most famed campsites in Tanzania for animal encounters. Animals will pass through the campsite at night on their nocturnal wanderings. This campsite is guarded.

Simba Camp (1 night)

Simba Campsite lies on the very rim of Ngorongoro Crater and has an excellent view across the caldera. A fantastic sunrise over the crater rim makes a fine breakfast scene. Often, there are elephants wandering around the camp. This campsite is also guarded.

Tents have mats, and bathrooms are outside the tent. Facilities at Simba Campsite are basic, but this is more than made up for by the atmosphere of this camp in the clouds. It is a scenic and budget-friendly accommodation perched on the rim of the famous Ngorongoro Crater.

Program

Day 1: Masai Mara

At about 07:30 - 08:00, you will be picked up from the airport / your hotel and depart for the Masai Mara Game Reserve via the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley. Stop by Narok town for lunch and later, proceed to the game reserve, arriving late in the afternoon at the lodge / camp.

You will have a rest and later, continue with the first introduction to game viewing at the Masai Mara Game Reserve. Return to the lodge / camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Masai Mara

After breakfast, proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve. The reserve is the best park for game viewing in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network, which allows for close-range viewing and photography. Take a break for a picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodiles. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge / camp.

Day 3: Masai Mara - Nakuru

After breakfast, depart the Mara region for Nakuru. Enjoy lunch en route. You may be able to see the scenic views of Mt. Longmont and Lake Naivasha from afar on the main highway. Dinner and overnight stay will be at a lodge / budget hotel.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru - Amboseli

After breakfast, proceed on a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, known for its prolific birdlife, including flamingos. The park contains a sanctuary for the conservation of the white rhino, while species like the cape buffalo and waterbuck can be seen near the shoreline.

Afterward, drive to Amboseli National Park, arriving late in the evening for a game viewing. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge / camp.

Day 5: Amboseli full-day

You'll go on a day of game drives in this park, which contains swamp grounds in which elephants and hippos bathe in abundance. A variety of plains game, antelopes, and birds can also be seen, and Mt. Kilimanjaro’s peak too, if weather conditions permit.

All Scenery Budget Safaris will cater for picnic lunch after the drive. Return for overnight stay at the lodge / camp.

Day 6: Amboseli - Arusha

Enjoy an early morning game viewing, then return to the camp for a full breakfast. Later, check out and proceed to the Namanga border. After immigration, catch the shuttle bus to Arusha. Arriving later in the evening, you'll check into Charity Hotel in Arusha. The hotel is booked on a bed and breakfast basis (dinner at own cost).

Day 7: Arusha - Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel in Arusha at 08:00, and then join the group to drive to Lake Manyara National Park, arriving in time for lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game drive, then dinner and overnight stay at the lodge / camp.

Day 8: Lake Manyara - Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park, passing through Olduvai Gorge Museum. It is the site where the fossils of human and animal ancestors dating back almost two million years, discovered by the Leakey family, are kept.

You will arrive at your lodge / camp in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti plains. Meals and overnight stay will be at the lodge / camp.

Day 9: Serengeti full-day

Have a full day in the Serengeti plains, searching for wild game that you might have missed on the previous game drives. Morning and afternoon game drives are an option. Day 10: Serengeti - Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, have a final game drive in Serengeti. You will pack and drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with lunch en route. Dinner and overnight will be at a lodge / camp.

Day 11: Ngorongoro - Arusha - Nairobi

After breakfast, a 4x4 wheel drive vehicle will take you 2,000 ft down to the crater. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the crater, then ascend and drive back to Arusha. Thereafter, drive back to Nairobi.
