          "Amazing"

Love everything about the sarfari. Saw 4 out of the big 5. Tour was good about letting us see as much animals as possible. Our tour guide Issac was good. The staff aslt the camp site was amazing. Very attentive and the food was top notch, especially the pumpkin soup.

Ahsante did a great job of organizing a Kili climb and safari for our group of 9. The staff was professional, the guides were great, the service was excellent, the food was good, and the prices very reasonable given a local company no middle man. A couple of things that impressed me that made Ahsante seem to stand out.

          1. hey always seemed to get us the best camp sites. The camp manager and porters would hustle up ahead and beat out all the other tours even though we had so many people in our group. They were very organized. ON summit day, we were one of the first groups to go to the summit, alongside a group with a British leader. That group turned out to be Alpine Ascents. Through the darkness, I could hear "come on guys" in a British accent, then our guides would keep it light by singing songs. I thought to myself how glad I was to get a far superior cultural experience of knowledgeable local guides rather than paying top dollar to get the same result.

          2. When I signed up, I was nervous about wiring my deposit to Tanzania, but I had no reason to worry. They were a stable company with a permanent office in Moshi, and when the government of Tanzania increased taxes on tourism with no warning, Ahsante honored their original pricing, while I heard some tour operators would not. I was impressed that they had the financial flexibility to do this.

Book with Ahsante and you won't regret it - I have nothing bad to say. My only advice is if you are a big guy you might want to bring your own sleeping bag, since their bags are made for slighter folk and if you're big it will be a little tight.
