Whilst adults enjoy the many hours driving through the open African Savannah plains in quest of the many species of fauna and flora, young children get tired easily and become bored on 2 - 3 hours of game viewing in the confines of a safari vehicle. This safari is specially designed for families with children aged 4 - 16 years. It includes dedicated full-time children educational and entertainment programs, "Adventurer's Club".
African Sermon Safaris' ultimate mission is to give young visitors a valuable lesson in the vitality and fragility of the African wilderness and to teach natural appreciation for life. The range of subject matter is as diverse as it is fascinating – from mammal habits and habitats to the migration of birds and butterflies. Medicinal plants are used for environmental quizzes, treasure hunts, traditional dances, games, and handicrafts.
At Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO), you will meet and be assisted by African Sermon Safaris' representative. After that, you will be transferred to Fairmont The Norfolk Hotel and stay overnight there.
On this day, you will drive to Mount Kenya for an overnight rest at Serena Mountain Lodge. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a guided nature walk on Africa's second highest mountain. After that, you will have dinner and an overnight floodlit game viewing from Serena Mountain Lodge's balcony.
After driving to Samburu National Reserve, you will enjoy a game viewing and the children will enjoy the first experience of Adventurer’s Club. You will stay overnight and have meals at Samburu Intrepids Lodge.
On this day, you will go to Sweetwaters Game Reserve, a 24,000-acre private game reserve with magnificent views across the plains to the twin snow-capped peaks of Mt. Kenya. The activities are game viewing drives and a visit to the Chimpanzee Sanctuary. You will stay overnight and have meals at Sweetwaters Tented Camp.

After an early breakfast, you will depart to Wilson Airport (WIL) and flight over the Great Rift Valley to the Maasai Mara National Reserve for game viewing and the children's Adventurer’s Club. You will stay overnight and have meals and overnight Mara Intrepids Tented Camp.

The gently flowing Uaso Nyiro river which traverses this Park provides evergreen vegetation for the rare gerenuks, Grevy zebras, and reticulated giraffes.
Sweetwaters is an oasis located in typical savannah grasslands with ‘Whistling Thorn’ and other acacia trees, overlooking a floodlit waterhole and salt lick. This game sanctuary is the closest reserve to Nairobi with the ‘Big Five’, and has the highest ratio of game-to-area of any park or reserve in Kenya. It is also a home to a grand variety of wild game, birds, and exotic flora.
In Maasai Mara National Reserve, you can see "The Big Five" animals and many other species. Annual great wildebeest migration alongside zebras and Thomson's gazelles will also take place there mainly in July and August.
Daily breakfast, 8 lunches, and 7 dinners will be served for you during the safari trip. Bottled water whilst on safari.
