Driver Guides

African Diurnal Safaris have the most experienced guides who have been traveling and sighting places almost all their lives. They are experienced wanderers. They know what’s where, who is where, and what’s what. Writing this, they fall short of saying, they are know-it-alls of wildlife and travel.

African Diurnal Safari's mission is to ensure everyone lives his or her life to the fullest and they believe that can be achieved through adventure and travel.

Tanzania is a country with many tourist attractions; more than 44% of Tanzania is covered with game reserves and national parks. There are 16 national parks, 29 game reserves, 40 controlled areas, and marine parks. Tanzania is also home to the famous Roof of Africa, Mt. Kilimanjaro. On January 6, 2012, the New York Times awarded Tanzania the 7th position among 45 top destinations to visit in the year of 2012.

Tanzania’s most known tourist attractions are located in the northern part of the country; they include Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain and the Serengeti National Park, renowned for its spectacular seasonal migrations; the Ngorongoro Conservation Area is an extinct volcanic caldera with excellent game viewing from the crater rim, the area has large herds of wildebeest, zebra, and lions, and black rhinoceros. Tourism is also focused on the west, especially on the island of Zanzibar, Pemba, and Mafia; diving is the main attraction in these islands.
