During this tour, you will stay for three nights on bed and breakfast plan in Hotel Manang or similar Kathmandu, one night on bed and breakfast plan in Niva Niwa Lodge, Nagarkot, and two nights in Hotel Rainforest, Chitwan with full board basis.

You can also upgrade your accommodation to four / five starts hotel which will provide you the accommodation in Hotel Shanker or similar, Hotel Green Park or similar, and Hotel Club Himalaya or similar.


Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, the representative from Ace Holiday Treks (P) Ltd. will receive you at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) and transfer you to the hotel.

Day 02: From Kathmandu to Chitwan by flight or drive

Today after breakfast, you will go directly to the airport to catch the plane. From the plane, you will see varies landscapes. When you reach Chitwan, you will drive to safari side to get to your hotel and have an overnight stay at the hotel. In the evening, you can enjoy the Local Tharu cultural program.

Day 03: Full-day wildlife activities in Chitwan

Today, you will enjoy the whole day in jungle safari. You will visit elephant breeding center to observe the baby elephants. While on the way back to the hotel, you can also enjoy the elephant wash. You can also go for a jungle walk and jeep drive to Ghadagai.

You will also find this place so amazing and may even get a chance to witness wild animals like one-horned Asian rhinoceros and other animals crossing the Rapti River. Besides, you can also enjoy the birdwatching in Chitwan National Park. In the evening, you can attain the local cultural show. You will stay overnight at jungle lodge.

Day 04: Drive or flight back to Kathmandu

After the wonderful jungle safari in Chitwan National Park, you will drive back to Kathmandu. On reaching Kathmandu, you can take your time for the last-minute shopping or simply explore the city. You will stay overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 05: Kathmandu Valley sightseeing and drive to Nagarkot

Today, you will have a full day guided sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Valley. You will mainly cover the UNESCO World Heritage Cultural Sites in Kathmandu. After having breakfast in the morning, you will drive to Pashupatinath which is the holiest temple of Lord Shiva. In fact, Pashupatinath Temple is one of the four most important religious sites in Asia for Shiva Devotees.

This temple was built in the fifth century and later on renovated by Malla Kings. Gold plated roof, four silver doors, and wood carvings of the finest quality are some main highlights of this temple. After the sightseeing of Pashupatinath Temple, you will drive to Bauddhanath which is one of the oldest and the largest Buddhist monastery which is also known as Little Tibet.

You will then visit Swayambhunath which is also popularly known as The Monkey Temple. In the remaining time, you will take your time to explore popular and historic Kathmandu Durbar Square. After that, there will be an evening drive to Nagarkot.

Day 06: Nagarkot to Kathmandu

Today, wake up early morning and try to see the sunrise with Himalayan range. After seeing views, you will have breakfast and drive back to Kathmandu, On the way, you will visit Bhaktapur city and back to the hotel.

Day 07: Final departure

Today, you will depart to your own destination. So, ACE Holiday Treks will transfer you to the airport from where you catch the returning flight to your hometown.

Chitwan National Park

Chitwan National Park is the largest national park in Nepal and widely regarded as one of the best national parks in Asia. Covering the area of 967 square kilometers, Chitwan National Park is already cited as UNESCO World Heritage Natural Site. Chitwan National Park is regarded as a very popular wildlife safari destination due to its thriving wildlife population and easy accessibility from Kathmandu and Pokhara.

Chitwan National Park offers the diverse ecosystem and the prime vegetation of sal (Shorea robusta) which covers almost 70% of the forest. The 20% of the national park is covered by grassland with as many as 50 species of grasses. Out of all 43 recorded species of animals in Chitwan National Park, there are 600 recorded species of great one-horned rhinoceros and 106 tigers. Besides, Chitwan Park is the home of many other wild animals including wild elephant, fresh water dolphin, leopard, gaur, wild dog, rhesus monkey, langur, hog deer, stripped hyena, sloth bear, etc.

The gharial is the most spectacular reptile in the national park while other reptiles include python, tortoise, monitor lizard, pangolin, mugger, king cobra, and 19 other species of snakes. Chitwan National Park has protected 485 different species of birds. Apart from this incredible wildlife, Chitwan Safari Tour will also provide you the experience to explore the local Tharu Culture.
