Kenya part Accommodation
Kenya part accommodation is much comfortable as all the accommodation properties have bed and bedding. The properties are located out side the game reserve and game parks, below is the list and facilities they have.
Maasa mara
Miti Mingi Eco Camp located near the gate and the tents have beds and all bedding, attached modern toilet and a great bathroom.
Lake Nakuru
CityMax Hotel Nakuru a clean budget hotel located in the town center, rooms are self contained with flat screen TV.
Naivasha
Taphe Guest Resort rooms are self contained and a flat screen TV as well.
Amboseli Kimana Camp
Self Contained Tents with bed and all the bedding and attached washrooms.
Tanzania Park Accommodation
At Arusha you will be accommodated at a budget hotel mostly Ambassador Hotel but while on the safari we do basic camping where we provide a sleeping bag and a sleeping Mat. While in Lake Manyara you may have tents with beds and bedding at Panorama Camp.Serengeti and Ngorongoro Conservancy area is pure camping.
Program
Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara Game Reserve
Pick up from your Nairobi area and be transferred to Absolute Holiday Safaris office to start the best of Kenya and Tanzania budget safari for a group joining safaris, be introduced to other tourists, and your Kenya driver guide. Leave Nairobi with a stopover at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint and Narok town for an early lunch.
Arrive at Masai Mara Game Reserve in the late afternoon, check-in, little siesta followed by evening game drive in search of the great African wildlife that lives in Masai Mara Game Reserve. See the sunset and return to your campsite with first-day memories for the best of Kenya and Tanzania budget safari, dinner, bonfire, and overnight.
Day 2: Masai Mara Game Reserve
Breakfast at the campsite then leaves with picnic lunch boxes for an extensive wildlife adventure safari for the best of Kenya and Tanzania budget safari, Transverse Masai Mara Game Reserve with up-close encounters of Elephants, Lions, Buffalo’s, Cheetah, Leopard among other wild animals that inhabit here.
Arrive at Mara River at noon to see the hippopotamus and crocodiles, Mara River is always the point of crossing of Zebras and wildebeest during annual great migrations from July to October. Break for your picnic lunches and continue to build your African safari memories till late evening.
Leave the Kenya game reserve for an optional activity either a visit to the Masai village to interact with the local community. take a nature walk or choose to relax at the campsite, Later enjoy dinner, Bonfire, and overnight at the same campsite.
Day 3: Masai Mara Game Reserve to Lake Nakuru National Park
Early morning leave the campsite for the final game drive in Masai Mara Game Reserve, see the sunrise and track the African wildlife when the prey is grazing and predators hunting them.
Return to the campsite before 9 a.m. for full breakfast, check out and leave the Masai Mara region for Nakuru town. Stopover at Mai Mahiu for hot lunch and Lake Naivasha for an optional activity, arrive at your Nakuru budget hotel late in the evening for dinner, and overnight.
Day 4: Lake Nakuru National Park to Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, our day is scheduled for the best of Kenya and Tanzania budget safari drive in Lake Nakuru National park which is famous for the black and white Rhinoceros and the Pink Flamingos among other African wildlife and birds. Have four hours to explore and discover Lake Nakuru National Park, exit, and drive to Amboseli National Park with a stopover on the main highway for a hot lunch. Arrive at Amboseli campsite in time for dinner, bonfire, and overnight.
Day 5: Full day at Amboseli National Park
Breakfast at the campsite as you prepare for a full day to explore and discover the beauty of Amboseli National Park. Leave the campsite with packed lunch and transverse the Amboseli National Park plains in the search of the African wildlife and birds. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro, visit the Amboseli National Park viewpoint, and the swampy area of Amboseli where Jumbo Elephants graze and bathe during the day. The Amboseli swampy area attracts more African wildlife and birds in search of drinking water.
Late in the evening, leave the park with the great fantastic memories for an optional activity, dinner, and overnight at the campsite.
Day 6: Amboseli National Park to Arusha
Early morning. enjoy your African breakfast, check out and leave the campsite with packed lunch for the final game drive in Amboseli National Park as your cross the park from Kimana gate to Mashenani gate.
Exit and drive to Kenya - Tanzania Namanga border for Immigration and a shuttle bus to Arusha Town. Upon arrival meet with Absolute Holidays Safaris Agent and be transferred to Arusha Hotel, check-in, and spend the evening at leisure where you can decide to explore and discover the streets of Arusha town. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast at your hotel, meet our Tanzania agent and be introduced to other tourists and Tanzania safari guides who will be with you for the best of Kenya and Tanzania budget safari in Tanzania part safari.
Drive to Lake Manyara National Park which is famous for the tree-climbing Lions, large flocks of Flamingo, and its uniqueness, Enjoy a 6-hour game drive in search of the great African wildlife and birds that inhabit here. Late evening driver to Sunbright Campsite for dinner, bonfire, and overnight.
Day 8: Lake Manyara National Park to Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National park is famously known for the massive migration of wildebeest and zebras in search of the green pasture, Enjoy your game drive en route to Nguchiro Campsite located at central Serengeti for dinner, bonfire, and overnight.
Day 9: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater
Our day starts with an African breakfast at the campsite then with packed picnic lunches leave the campsite for at least 6-hour safari drive to explore and discover Serengeti National Park more and have the best of Kenya and Tanzania budget safari experience. Enjoy your picnic lunch, exit, and drive to the Ngorongoro Conservancy Area for dinner, bonfire, and overnight at Simba Campsite.
Day 10: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Day 11: Arusha to Nairobi
Depending on departure time with to Arusha airport or back to Nairobi. Our Tanzania agent will be ready to make sure you arrive at your departure point on time. If back to Nairobi, we will provide a shuttle bus. If Arusha Airport, we will make sure you’re there on time and if your flight is from Kilimanjaro, there will be an extra charge of 30 USD per car.
